Wall2Floor Athena

Base coat for perfect adherence on ceramic coatings

Wall2Floor Athena is made of acrylic water-based polymers and selected additives which gives to the product an excellent adherence on smooth surfaces such as tiles, grès, mosaics or similar.

Wall2Floor Uses

Wall2Floor can be applied on:

Concrete
Screeds (sand and cement-based screeds, sand and specific binder for screeds, ready-made packaged screeds, self-leveling sand and cement screeds)
Radiant and refreshing screeds with minimum thickness, above pipe, between 30-40 mm
Surfaces covered with ceramic, porcelain and mosaic tiling
Klinker
Surfaces with existing epoxy or polyurethane coatings
Surfaces in natural and rebuilt stone
Mineral conglomerates of various kinds, provided they are absorbent
New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders
Organic or mineral decorative coatings

Wall2Floor Unsuitable Substrates

The Wall2Floor system cannot be applied to forkliftable surfaces, horizontal or vertical substrates that do not offer the necessary guarantees in terms of bonding and dimensional stability.

Forkliftable surfaces (garages, loading-unloading areas where the use of trolleys, transpallets, forklifts or similar, cars, etc.)
Radiant screeds with heating and cooling system
Wooden flooring
Linoleum
Pre-finished wooden flooring
Painted and unpainted uperfici metal surfaces
Glass surfaces or concrete and glass blocks
Moist surfaces or surfaces with rising damp
Do not apply to bathroom fittings or other substrates where water may be collected

Application:

Product preparation: Shake the product before the use.
Dilution: ready to use, max 10% with water
Application equipment: roller, brush.
Application: Spread the product evenly and over the entire surface paying attention to joints, corners and edges.
No. of coats: 1
Coverage: 10-15 m²/l, per each coat, depending on the type of surface.
Drying time: touch dry after around 1 hours; over painting possible after 4 hours
