Pure slaked lime-air putty for glossy finishing for interiors
Florenzia is a decorative mineral plaster for interiors, composed of pure slaked lime-air putty, selected inerts, rheological modifiers and organic additives (<4%). The application of Florenzia grants high-end glossy decorations, with soft yet vibrant tones.
Application:
- The substrate must be perfectly smooth, dry, dust-free, with no humidity and salt stains.
- On compact non-chalky surfaces, it is advisable to apply one coat of Novaprimer, diluted, with a brush or with a thin roller.
- On rough and/or chalky surfaces, it is advisable to apply one coat of Decofix, diluted, with a brush or with a thin roller.
- On complete dry surface, apply one smooth coat of Marmorino KS with stainless steel trowel.
- Smooth or remove eventual exceeding amount of product.
- On total dry surface, apply one smooth coat of Florenzia with stainless steel trowel.
- After at least 8 hours apply a second coat of Florenzia with stainless steel trowel.
- After at least 12 hours, sand the surface with paper if necessary, remove dust and proceed with the application of Florenzia in small portions of wall, in order to create a typical “Stucco” type of look.
- When the product starts to set, burnish the surface with stainless steel trowel in order to make it more compact and glossier.
- Drying time: 24 hours approx. Depending on the substrate, absorption rate and environmental conditions.
May also be applied over:
- New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders;
- Plasters and plasterboard surfaces;
- Old paints and coatings of organic or mineral nature, dry, compact, absorbent and cohesive;
- Conglomerates of various mineral nature as long as they are absorbent.
Approximate coverage yields 0.3-0.6 kg/m2 in two layers, depending on the final result
