Water-based protection for metallic finishes, indoor
Skermo MF is a single-component, water-based, low-yellowing, aliphatic urethane finish for protecting decorated vertical surfaces in interiors.
Skermo MF is ideal for protecting surfaces decorated with Metallo_Fuso or with metallic-effect finishes such as Dune, Africa, Swahili, and Zeus
Application:
- The surface, previously treated with decorative effects, must be dry, clean, compact, and free of dust, and of humidity-salt stains.
- If necessary, rebuild or consolidate the background with specific products.
- On a dry surface apply use a mohair roller to apply a coat of Skermo MF.
- For construction-site needs or where greater protection is required, it is possible to apply a second layer of Skermo MF, following the procedure described above.
May also be applied over:
- Metallo_Fuso
- Metallic decorative finishes
Approximate coverage yield is strongly influenced by the nature of the product to be coated. For smooth and low-absorbent surfaces, 12-15 m2/l per coat are covered.
