Levelling cement mortar

Wall2Floor Easyflat is a levelling cement mortar with low retraction, made up from selected natural sands, binders and special additives, which guarantee perfect adhesion to the substrate and excellent workability.

Wall2Floor Easyflat can be applied with thickness between 3mm and 10mm per layer.

To obtain thickness over 3mm, the surface must be divided into compartments.

Wall2Floor Uses

Wall2Floor can be applied on:

Concrete
Screeds (sand and cement-based screeds, sand and specific binder for screeds, ready-made packaged screeds, self-leveling sand and cement screeds)
Radiant and refreshing screeds with minimum thickness, above pipe, between 30-40 mm
Surfaces covered with ceramic, porcelain and mosaic tiling
Klinker
Surfaces with existing epoxy or polyurethane coatings
Surfaces in natural and rebuilt stone
Mineral conglomerates of various kinds, provided they are absorbent
New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders
Organic or mineral decorative coatings

Wall2Floor Unsuitable Substrates

The Wall2Floor system cannot be applied to forkliftable surfaces, horizontal or vertical substrates that do not offer the necessary guarantees in terms of bonding and dimensional stability.

Forkliftable surfaces (garages, loading-unloading areas where the use of trolleys, transpallets, forklifts or similar, cars, etc.)
Radiant screeds with heating and cooling system
Wooden flooring
Linoleum
Pre-finished wooden flooring
Painted and unpainted uperfici metal surfaces
Glass surfaces or concrete and glass blocks
Moist surfaces or surfaces with rising damp
Do not apply to bathroom fittings or other substrates where water may be collected

Application:

Mixing ratio: use 4 litres of clean water for each 25 kg Wall2Floor Easyflat.
Preparing the mix: pour the mixing water into a clean container. Slowly add Wall2Floor Easyflat to the water using a mechanical spiral stirrer.
Mixing time: about three minutes to a uniform mix. The mix obtained must be a uniform, thixotropic mortar free of lumps. Stirring cannot be performed manually.
Pot life of mix: approx. 20 minutes
Application equipment: notched trowel and bubble breaker roller
Application: apply a layer of Wall2Floor Easyflat, spread the product evenly and over the entire surface. The product can be applied in thicknesses from 3 mm to 20 mm. Separate the surface in sections for thicknesses greater than 3 mm.

Coverage rate (referred to powder): 7-8 kg/m² for thicknesses of 5 mm, per each coat.
Drying time for thicknesses up to 3 mm: at least 24 hours

May also be applied over:

Horizontal levelling on non-planar, absorbent mineral surface.

Approximate coverage yields 4-6 kg/m² (referring to the powder), per layer, for thickness of 3 mm. Approximately 4.5 m² per bag for a thickness of 3 mm. It is good practice to check the effective coverage via a preliminary test on the specific substrate.
