Two-component spreadable coating for humid environments

Wall2Floor is a two-component epoxy coating in paste form, for interior use, trowelable, for horizontal and vertical applications, particularly suitable for humid environments or those repeatedly in contact with water. Thanks to its special formulation, it provides a seamless, continuous surface with high resistance to wear. If there are scratches in the paint, when colour changes are noticeable the product does not absorb and show any water passages.

Wall2Floor can be applied on:

  • Concrete
  • Screeds (sand and cement-based screeds, sand and specific binder for screeds, ready-made packaged screeds, self-leveling sand and cement screeds)
  • Radiant and refreshing screeds with minimum thickness, above pipe, between 30-40 mm
  • Surfaces covered with ceramic, porcelain and mosaic tiling
  • Klinker
  • Surfaces with existing epoxy or polyurethane coatings
  • Surfaces in natural and rebuilt stone
  • Mineral conglomerates of various kinds, provided they are absorbent
  • New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders
  • Organic or mineral decorative coatings

The Wall2Floor system cannot be applied to forkliftable surfaces, horizontal or vertical substrates that do not offer the necessary guarantees in terms of bonding and dimensional stability.

  • Forkliftable surfaces (garages, loading-unloading areas where the use of trolleys, transpallets, forklifts or similar, cars, etc.)
  • Radiant screeds with heating and cooling system
  • Wooden flooring
  • Linoleum
  • Pre-finished wooden flooring
  • Painted and unpainted uperfici metal surfaces
  • Glass surfaces or concrete and glass blocks
  • Moist surfaces or surfaces with rising damp
  • Do not apply to bathroom fittings or other substrates where water may be collected
  • In case of radiant screeds with electric heating system, Calcium sulphate CA or magnesite MA, other types, please contact our technical assistance service.

May also be applied over:

High-quality interior decoration in line with today’s “concrete-like” finishing preferences.

Approximate coverage yields 0.8-1.1 kg/m2, in two coats, depending on the type of work and the condition of the background surface. We recommend checking actual yield by making a preliminary test on the specific background.
